Cancellations
You may cancel at any time by doing any one of the following:

- Faxing a cancellation note to 1-866-415-3082.
- Emailing a cancellation note using the form on the Contact Us page.

At any time during the 60 Day period, if you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription following the cancellation guidelines listed above. Simply mention that you would like your money back and you will receive a FULL, NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED REFUND.

At any time during the 1 Year, Risk-FREE Trial, if you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription following the cancellation guidelines listed above, and you may keep all of the issues you have received to date. Simply mention to us that you would like your money back and you will receive a FULL, NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED REFUND. You must be completely satisfied. If you are not, we want you to cancel your subscription.
Returns
You may return products for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
- You must notify us prior to returning the product.
- Your return request must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the product.
- The product must be unopened and undamaged.
- Return postage is your responsibility.
Refunds
No Refunds will be credited without prior authorization.
Non-Deliverable/Unclaimed Product
If a product is returned to us because the package was non-deliverable or unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
